The judicial branch continues to give the power of the people away. John Roberts’s court doubles down with decisions robbing the people of power & enabling this power grab by shifting power to the executive branch. The Supreme Court is the lynchpin, if not the final nail on democracy’s downfall.

I’m grateful I was able to find a phone solution to my elderly parents losing their landline due to their phone company deciding to no longer upkeep their rural lines in our area. Mom has beginning dementia & dad hasn’t used tech before so very challenging — a hard nut to crack, but I did it!

Honestly. I remember when they were fear-mongering about “a taco truck on every corner” as a bad thing, and I am firmly in the“yes please, I need tacos!” camp. Now I want a taco 🌮…

That made me laugh. I’ve stories from when my 2 sons were young & would do something similar. At this point, I realize I should’ve guided them regarding successful interpersonal communication more, but I lacked the full awareness myself. Their personalities/hard-wiring might be a factor as well ? 🤷‍♀️

Sadly, I am a failed parent.
