Forget about Google Search. I use DuckDuckGo very successfully.

Mine too. That's where the distrust exploded.

I send love to all of you, to all of us, to all our grandmothers & mothers & their hidden stories & all our daughters & the fears we carry for them, & even as the world continues to elide the truth, because it's always about the men, please know that I see you & I hear you & I will not forget.

But what alarms me in all this is how the girls who were victimized by these men are largely forgotten. I want us to find ways of centering them in the discourse.

Hey, friend, are you all right?

You're painting Schumer as a nefarious leader, when instead I think he is, at this point, an ineffective leader. However, we don't know how long the 8 have been talking about folding and Schumer held them off till now.

This Indivisible member wants Schumer gone but making opposition to Schumer a litmus test for primary candidates is a VERY bad strategy for winning the majority in the Senate…even Bernie does NOT support this. We need strong candidates coming out of the primaries who will win in Nov. Period.

Never make big life decisions when you are angry. Give it a few days...primary season isn't upon us yet.

I agree, I'd rather hear about other options that Indiv was pushing for. How did they see the shut down ending?
I support Indivisible, but having a temper tantrum in public, while an understandable emotional response, doesn't offer insight into whom to support as a new Leader with a real plan.

I might not have picked this particular way to end the shut down, but it was becoming clear that the nation's pain wasn't going to bring the Repubs to the table. Even if their constit were calling to complain (not sure how many were), the Repubs were going to stick by their Fearless (Feared) Leader.

Remember that Schumer voted no. The problem is that he was unable to keep the caucus in line. Even his own Whip voted yes! Schumer isn't in it for sports cars. However, that 8 people defected to support the mildly modified bill is a sign that that Leader can no longer lead.
