In relation to the carbon budgets & hence timeline for 1.5-2°C we simply don’t have the resources & labour to produce & run 33 million cars when the rest of the energy supply & demand system also needs fully decarbonising in the coming 10-20 years. Need to revisit widespread private car ownership.

Actually the dropdown in Berlin was so short and mostly spend at a party so we didnt even check. And outside Frankfurt on the countryside the family didnt want us to do it, so we followed suite. :(
My record year yet is still one year living for all costs = 6600 euro. And of that the flat was 5200.

No but we visited Marias sister near Frankfurt. Tried out the Deutschland ticket! Such a good thing. 50 euro and free travels on all local and regional train , busses and trams for a month! Took us some transfers to go all the way to frankfurt but Berlin was in one go. Just ferry from Trelleborg.
