So if a trans woman has a GRC and the BBC describes her as "biological male identifying as..." from information the corporation has discovered, does that constitute an offence by the journalist/editor under the GRA 2004 ?

Maybe when he does it to people who just discovered how much easier life is with medication for ADHD more people will call him on it.

If he went against what transphobes wanted, just once, I don’t think he’d have an easier time of it in terms of online abuse. In fact, I think it would be worse, which is why the media has mostly adopted their position in order to avoid it.

The only time I was compelled to do that was when I was working for the NHS, where they wanted us in uniform and ready before our shift started which is when they started paying us - but officially also required us to not change into our uniforms until on the premises.
