So if a trans woman has a GRC and the BBC describes her as "biological male identifying as..." from information the corporation has discovered, does that constitute an offence by the journalist/editor under the GRA 2004 ?

Sad that it’s ending but Robin is a good bean for sticking to his principles when lots of people would just apologise (what for?) and stop being openly nice to people.
There are others continuing to work at the BBC who have some pretty terrible views that are all over their work.

Very sad that I felt I had no choice but to resign from The Infinite Monkey Cage - a victory for the transphobes and other bigots - I did it because so much of the media has chosen to believe the kind and empathetic people are a fiction - they are real and so often unrepresented.

It would appear that Baroness Falkner is somewhat flexible with her opinion of when it is or is not acceptable to question the judiciary. It could almost appear that she chooses depending on whether they align with her own gender critical beliefs.

Someone should do an album of analogue synth versions of folk songs made famous by Steeleye Span and call it "Parcel of Moogs" so that people realise how you are supposed to pronounce "Moog."

There's a post over on Twitter that I've been laughing to myself about. Some right-wing guy is celebrating that a school took down "All-Gender" bathroom signs and replaced them with "Single Occupancy Restroom" signs. And like... it's the same thing, man. You're celebrating a pointless relabeling.
