How do you make friends as an adult? 😂 I was so socially awkward as a kid and teen. I have like no friends and need people to talk to. It doesn’t help that I live in a small town and work with mostly older people

I remember in outlander Claire wearing something like this but with long sleeves. I cannot for the life of me find a picture or figure out what season it was in. I REALLY want to crochet it but need a reference picture. Does anyone know what I’m talking about? Or am I just crazy? 😂
