This is something that's been driving me insane for the last decade, and I'm sure I'm not alone.
Fear of using accurate terminology is enabling fascism and stupidity and insanity.

A lot of the positions people like RFK jr. take (anti-vax, anti-pasteurization etc.) get described as “controversial.”
They’re not. There is no controversy. This is long-settled science. The correct term is “stupid.”
