In April,Prof Louise Crowley & Marianne Joyce received the DSBA Law Book of the year 23/24 for Family Law(2nd ed.) Louise began work on the book in Jan 2023 and hired her then LLM student Marianne in March as a R.A. Her work was of such high standard that Prof Crowley asked her to become a co-author

The first research study of its kind to ever have been conducted into the in-camera rule in Ireland is published today by Minister for Justice, Mr Jim O’Callaghan T.D.

Conducted by a joint @ucc.ie and @tcddublin.bsky.social team, the project was commissioned by the Dept of Justice.
