Also -and this might be a personal pet peeve- seams like some tracks are picked for scenes just because they fit the mood but not the themes. Emil's themes are overused, why so many sad moments feature Emil Sacrifice even if Emil is not there and the final boss fight for ending C/D is Emil Karma???

YES, that's what bothers me most. Great JRPGs were always there.

We also had a lot of amazing JRPG with equally (if not better imo) stories that didn't get the recognition only bc "Haha funny anime designs" and this honestly makes me sad...
