I didn’t see anyone asking this, and I am in no way disagreeing with the situation, should have done this sooner. However, I do wonder if N. Korea will see this as U.S. starting war with them since the strikes will likely impact their soldiers. Lots to consider, but glad they have the green light.

2/2 That indictment still stands, and all the 14th, section 3 needs is evidence of involvement, not an actual charge for it. In fact, evidence of involvement isn’t even necessary, simply giving aid or comfort to those involved is enough, which he has very publicly done.
