Pulled out of the confirmation process for Attorney General, no longer in Congress. Not sure what he will do now, or who will replace him as nominee, but I’ll take the win.

Something that I hope is in the works is bringing the argument to Congress to enact the 14th Amendment, Section 3. He was indicted on Federal charges in connection with an insurrection. In order to be indicted, they would have had to bring enough evidence to a Grand Jury to charge him.
