Pity the nation — oh, pity the people who allow their rights to erode and their freedoms to be washed away.
My country, tears of thee, sweet land of liberty.
― Lawrence Ferlinghetti (1919-2021), 2007

DEMOCRACY DIES IN IGNORANCE
What is missing out of almost all reporting is what happens to these people after a judge issues an order. Or after they are arrested and there is no court suit to help them.

So what: "there was no court reporter in the room to transcribe grand jury" proceedings. There should be audio (and possibly video) of the proceedings which would show that the session ended and for what reason. That is lacking. The DOJ is withholding it (deleted?).

Judge drops “bit of a bombshell” in hearing with Trump's DOJ—Legal analyst
Glenn Kirschner told Newsweek that every word before a grand jury must be recorded.

Her constituents must be heII-bent on reading those Epstein emails for her to go against Trump at this late date. It is certainly not because of her long association &/or hosting of conspiracy news websites, and her shared values with gun-toting, lying, bigoted, bullies.

Give me a break. Trump doesn't follow rules, so he can do whatever the heII he pleases. He'll pardon her when he's ready, after the mid-terms most likely. She doesn't need to officially request anything to get it. J-6th pardons are a prime example of this.

This lack of transparency has been part and parcel of every DOJ since the first referral to the FBI in 2006. I want to know who & what they have been hiding from public view for twenty years.

Since 1968, Indiana only voted once for a Democratic president (2008). Republicans are what's wrong with the state. I am not impressed with Republicans that don't feel the need to add more power to their already oversized numbers.

You are assuming that they are gathering, saving, and reporting all of the records and data as required by law.

Jay Clayton was appointed as the U.S. Atty for the Southern District of New York in Manhattan by their board of federal judges after the Senate blocked his confirmation. He will serve until an atty is confirmed by the US Senate, or, until Democrats have control of the White House.

After what happened to her partner Jeffrey (and others),she'd be smart to have a fail-safe plan to release the all of the evidence -- if something should happen to her. She just might have Donald and others by the short hairs here.
November 14, 2025 at 9:31 PM
Only a fool would not have a fail-safe backup plan. Abt. 2-doz people have died, including modeling agent Jean-Luc Brunel, Deutsche's Thomas Bowers, former advisor to B Clinton Mark Middleton, accuser Giuffre, associate Steven Hoffenberg, Epstein's former cellmate Efrain Reyes, producer Steve Bing.

No, Trump doesn't have an Epstein plane. Donald Trump's campaign chartered one of the Epstein jets when his own had mechanical trouble.

(I think) - Trump will give her some kind of pardon after the mid-terms. The perks she's getting now were a compromise until that happens.
November 14, 2025 at 8:42 PM
The DOJ withheld part of the grand jury transcript & audio from the Judge? So, did the Judge order Halligan to provide the missing testimony? Exculpatory? Spoilated? Tampering? If I was the judge, I'd want to know what happened to it.
November 14, 2025 at 8:22 PM
Trump DOJ ignoring (& playing games with) the courts and judges. Trump isn't going to cooperate. It's the middle-finger salute.
November 14, 2025 at 7:40 PM
Yes, but then there is that pesky time limit thingy, in which prosecutors have a set amount of time to bring charges (and it's probably too late for criminal charges for many of them, and/or not enough evidence).
November 14, 2025 at 7:38 PM
So, I guess "Antifa-aligned militants" are the mirror image of 'Maga-aligned militants'? Democrats wouldn't use those unlegal terms in a legal document.

Nope, not then. But she has managed to be a millionaire several times over via Trump.

What part of underage girls being poached from Trump at Mar-a-Lago is being missed? That Trump has inexperienced underage girls at Mar-a-Lago for his guests pleasure. Sherlock Holmes and “the dog that didn't bark” at a friend committing a crime, is from “The Adventure of Silver Blaze".

Yes, it was $40 Billion to Argentina, upgraded to golden bathrooms in the White House, $200 million for Kristi Noem's TWO new personal use jets. Taxpayers even paid for his extravagant private Gatsby party at Mar-a-Lago & much more. All unnecessary spending while burning down America.
