That’s why I’m partnering with Vistry Group to deliver 284 new homes at North Middlesex University Hospital—a 100 percent genuinely affordable housing scheme.

Khan confirms plan for almost 300 affordable homes next to hospital

All of the homes will be available either for social rent or shared ownership, and “will meet the highest standards of design and energy efficiency”
