Do we even grasp how historically monumental Iran’s achievements in this war have been? Here is my list
A Landmark in the History of the Anti-Imperialist Struggle: Iran's 6 Mighty Achievements in the War Against Israel
Much more than technical prowess and tactical thinking was put the test in the Middle East; civilizations clashed. The results, for those of us who abhor racism and colonialism, are near miraculous

The genuinely-chosen #Tibet #PanchenLama and his family have endured three decades of #enforceddisappearance and #arbitrarydetention. Shouldn’t someone be held accountable? A failure to do so enables #China govt #crimesagainsthumanity.

How Beijing’s 1995 Disappearance of the Panchen Lama Enabled Crimes Against Humanity
China weathered no consequences for abducting a 6-year-old in 1995. That same impunity continues to fuel collective punishment, enforced disappearances, and arbitrary detention.

There’s a collection of Kevin Killian's Amazon reviews just published by Semiotext(e). It's over 600 pages long, and after just a few pages, it already led me to this gem by Amy Lowell.

Céline now lies in intensive care, critically injured after being struck in the head by Israeli shrapnel in Beirut.

If she were Ukrainian, her story would be everywhere. But because she’s Lebanese, the world is silent.

What is happening right now in Palestine and Lebanon is obscene. Nothing can justify it and Western silence is consent. Biden and Trump are simian figureheads whose difference is one of tone not of substance. Future generations will never forgive us for the legacy we've saddled them with.
