Alright holy shit I switched from the running shoes I was wearing to my chucks and I feel like that just doubled my power. It was like absurdly hard to move my feet around the board before, but now I can make little micro adjustments with my foot placement way easier
Okay so I managed to do a lap around the parking lot without falling, drop in and roll down these two ramps, and pump the shallower one, not enough to get to the top, but enough to tell that the pump was doing something 🙏 no vertigo whatsoever ☺️☺️☺️☺️

We're gonna be going to the park today to try cruising around. My big hope is that if I can get into skating, it'll act as a kinda rehab for my vertigo, and make me better at dealing with it and not letting it bother me. Really hope it works, so far I've been getting kinda dizzy, but nothing too bad
Just practicing balancing on the board and getting comfy with it before I try anything that takes more than a couple square feet, but damn man I've never randomly gotten into something as hard as I randomly got into skating this month. Always liked it, never actually wanted to do it before now tho

Shit man I think I'm getting pretty good for only having gotten the game like a day ago. Need to work on my camera moves tho, and good GOD that BS willy was janky af. I think I need to hold my right foot a little forward for that one

Okay yeah this game is way harder than Skate but holy *fuck* is it a vibe. First thing I've hit that felt cool enough to do custom camera angles for. Cool thing is that I have zero expectations that I'm gonna immediately be good, so every time I have even the most minor steeze, it feels incredible

Alright man, in the last month, I went from playing skate 3 for like an hour 10 years ago, to having 100%ed the entire series. Fucking amazing experience, and I'm so hungry for more that I'm about to try out Session Skate Sim. My GOD has this been rewarding
