Managing to get some work done tonight. Started way earlier than usual. It's not quite as cold, but there's way more traffic. Man, working really is the only thing that's killing the depression at the source right now. Actually recorded some old footage from this scene just to retcon gloves for me

Man this is the hardest I've been hit with seasonal depression in years :/ if it was any other season, I'd have this video finished by now, and I'd be excitedly planning out the next one. Now, I just have to bang my head against a wall, waiting for a warm enough night to shoot

Hey, anyone know what I can do to mitigate these purple highlights on high contrast areas that I get with some of my lenses? I'm gonna have to reshoot this regardless (kms), so it'd probably be a good time for me to figure that out lol

Anyone know how to disable in-line media controls on Steam OS? My headphones don't even have the little volume control things on the cable, but my steamdeck's aux is funky, and it seems to think I'm constantly holding a nonexistent volume down button on my headphones

Mannnnn I just finished Resident Evil 4. Hadn't played through it since like 2016 but oh my godddd that was a masterpiece. I wish modern games were willing to take control of the camera more often. The way that the camera is scripted when jumping over obstacles, or climbing, or whatever is peak 🙏

See cause for me, the role of a country isn't to make it's *citizens* lives better, it's to make the *world* better. For smaller countries, sure, that just means giving your people rights, protecting them, and not imperializing other countries. For a country like America? Well, the world isnt better

Fuck man it's the only night for like a week in either direction that it hasn't been before freezing (not counting wind chill), so I put myself in red alert mode. Took a shower, and committed to an all nighter getting the shots I need around town. I got one shot done before I got rained out 🫠
