Doku was off the scale good yesterday. Gonzalez utterly fantastic - like Rodri before him in takes a while to grasp the hold role in Pep's system, but he's got it now. Nunes has somehow become a serviceable player too and was superb yesterday - fun times.

Have a good mate who's a serving Copper and he opined years ago that you have to remember at all times, that large sections of the great British public "are f*****g stupid." Once you bear this in mind, it explains a lot about the absolute shitshow of the last 10 years.

Always had to keep your wits about you - same thing at Elland Road. One of the grounds - alongside Ayresome Park & Villa Park - where I've been run by the locals so to speak back in the day. That walk past the Peacock to/from the away end was always like running the gauntlet.

Think that was the match where we wondered why City had given you lot the contract to redevelop the Platt Lane end.

The birth of that hashtag was one of the finest days on the old platform. 15 of them in novelty jumpers, all paying for their own drink, ordering a Guinness last of all to the exasperation of the bar staff & clogging up the bar area. Many parts of town are a shitshow for most of the month.

Any word from him on that Uber competitive Bundesliga these days? The league that Bayern won (again) in August, where all season tickets are €1 & come with FREE BEER throughout all the matches.

Great menu but sometimes easier to get hold of The A Team than Happy Garden. Their Crispy Beef and Vermicelli are both a triumph btw 👌

Granted there's a certain number in that cult who'd vote for him even if he burned their house down in front of them, but it only needs a small shift to see him off. Mid-Terms next year will stop him in his tracks - assuming fair/free elections can take place, that's the problem facing the people

Judgement will catch up with the criminal in the White House soon - be it either with his health, legal issues or with things on the verge of complete collapse in the US. The Comical proclamations that "everything's great" wear off when people can't afford essentials & have no access to healthcare
