It’s crazy that we don’t use biologics earlier on in the treatment of autoimmune diseases. I’ve been trying out different drugs since 2019 and the only drug besides steroids that has put me into a near-total remission is Benlysta. Why was I forced to suffer for so long?

new Sabrina Carpenter album is gorgeous, amazing vocals, great production, sharp lyrics. she’s not centering men she’s skewering them whilst acknowledging the part she plays in these patterns in her relationships!!! It is so good!!!!!!

One difficult and awkward lesson I learned very early on in my 20s is that if a man only talks to you when he’s single, even if he’s been your friend for years, that man is not your friend. He’s using you as a stand-in girlfriend. Lost a “best friend” this way and it still hurts.
