Now that Trump allowed 401k money for private equity there’s way too much money looking for acquisitions driving prices while lowering margins
And with rising credit defaults across the spectrum it’s again the perfect storm

The elimination of Glass-Steagall under Clinton was one of the main drivers of the financial crisis and while Obama passed Dodd-Frank there’s no separation between investment and private banking anymore->

In the process Wall Street became a major landlord, studies show that Wall Street could reach owning 40% of all single homes til 2030.
Todays skyrocketing rents are the result of these democratic policies.
