I’ve noticed lately (I’ve had him over 4 years & he only just started doing this) that when I get really upset, my cat comes over & will start purring & rubbing his face against my face if he can get to it & I genuinely believe he’s trying to calm me down & it works every time. Bless animals!

Giving up Instagram/Facebook feels a whole lot like Bilbo giving up The One Ring. It’s very difficult, but I instantly felt better after I made the decision.
