Quick update: I looked for the Electric Guitar sounds on Mega Man X1-X3. As I mentioned before, the Roland S-50 had them, but I wasn't sure where. Apparently they were sourced from the RSB Sound Banks. RSB-502, Disk 10. Sounds bang-on to me: youtu.be/pHHYwcRa5FE?...
