for the fact that wha is such a high fantasy setting, they are, time and time again, referring to real issues and dynamics really smoothlessly which makes it a great candidate for rereading

well okay i didn't read hana yori dango but my fear was that it might lack more modern shojo writing and the mangaka->writer + the first chapter doesn't really alleviate that worry

the storyboard is nice. story feels like arte but with japanese flair? i feel sorry for the assisstants drawing the backgrounds though

finished world's end club. did the initial route in oct '24 and then couldn't squeeze it into my schedule anymore orz
the time def made me forget some details but still very cool and nice, fulfills the concept of "danganronpa-esque game for children" well, cool monster design, sweet kids :)

Sugar Sugar Rune! Does have an anime but I never watched. Sort of a gothic magical girl, where two young witches (yes, this still counts as magical girl) are sent to the human world to compete for the throne of the Magic World. The competition can sound weird but it gets really sappy at most.
