I try not to care so much about things. It's not working. Maybe that's a good thing 🤷🏼‍♀️.
Great song. Keeps coming back to me for some reason.

I think I've found a way to articulate what bothers me about the trajectory of the modern tech industry (and to some extent... society).

We are on this Earth to provide for each other. That's the "mission" of humanity as I see it.

This is incompatible with what the tech industry seeks to do.

Wow, I wonder why 🤔.
Just in: US inflation unexpectedly increased to 3% in January, bolstering the case for the Federal Reserve to proceed slowly with interest rate cuts and hitting stocks and government bonds on.ft.com/4jSn8h7

Make no mistake, Donald Trump and Elon Musk are destroying the credibility of the Department of Justice by sending its lawyers into court to make absurd legal arguments and repeated factual misrepresentations.

This will not end well.

Why read past headlines: There's been a lot of coverage of how Musk built his wealth on government loans and contracts.

I go beyond that and demonstrate how he made his fortune on other people's research — and it all originates with federal funding.

Understand this: by trying to kill the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Elon Musk and Russ Vought are trying to make it easier for big banks to cheat you.

It’s another way the Trump administration wants to reward the rich and powerful while hurting working people.

may be beside the point/extremely obvious but i feel like you can only ignore extreme wealth inequality for so long before it metastasizes into something that fundamentally remakes and destabilizes the world by giving people access to so much money that they are fully above consequence
