So yeah, here we go! And I wish anyone else who is starting up in the gym or about to go on a cut again all the best! Remember its not a sprint. Keep the routine and the results will come!

Am def trying😅 Already made a few changes in expectations at work which have helped a lot so that's certainly something I'll be continuing! 🤞

But I don't see 2026 being much different so I'm not making targets or getting my hopes up fir anything at all. Especially at work. I've given myself more of a task to cut this year thanks to a sickness filled December so I think I'll just focus on that as a personal "goal". For now at least.

..I cannot wait to start the cut in Jan! I'll even be bringing in cardio from the get go whenever I can as well this time which sucks but its needed. A lot more to shift by Minami this time around!!
