Most tools use averages, or normal values, that really represent nothing about the individual using them. Not too mention they might be measuring the least important things. Companies aren’t invested enough in changing their algorithms or tools

Agreed. Perhaps possibility of new idionomic approaches may help bridge the individual to group and group to individual friction. So much ground work to be laid to see. We’re doing our part 👷‍♂️👨‍💻

Since meaning (including Identity) derives from context, we have to take more than one viewpoint into consideration.

Even grammatically, we have to assign units to uncountable concepts, pointing to this paradox. Did those units exist before we created them?
