On-site research can be challenging, but it’s always worth the extra effort to meet your users in person. Let’s prioritize building empathy and understanding by stepping into their world.

Amazing pov. Open innovation should be a collaborative effort rather than a restrictive way of work. How much could Figma benefit from this? I bet the impact would be huge!
I would love for @figma.com to make community files collaborative. For example, if I were to publish a Bluesky UI Kit as a community file, why couldn’t someone create a branch, and make a merge request?
This would be a huge win for the open source community.
