In the "Boot Camp" microgame in WarioWare: Smooth Moves, the character is normally the player's Mii. However, if the Mii is corrupted or otherwise unavailable, the game loads a failsafe character called OnionHeader instead.

It does include the Luigi that appears to Mario, though the game never states these are "hallucinations" and may in fact be telepathy, as Yoshi's Island states that Mario and Luigi have a telepathic bond. I hope this is acceptable!
