Our office productivity soared while working remotely. Sadly, Monday marked the end of both remote and telework. Spending hours commuting only to attend the same team meetings from cubicles has made us far less productive.
5 years ago today I said, in a video meeting, that the team should stop coming to the office.

Rewatching Spike Lee’s Do the Right Thing. It’s on Netflix. My GOD, it’s such a brilliant film (it’s not perfect, no film is) and STILL relevant in its topic.
Spike Lee is *not* underrated, but he should be up there with Spielberg, Scorsese, etc. His greatest works shift the needle so hard.

I've been thinking a lot about that bumper sticker which says "everything looks like a conspiracy theory when you don't understand how anything works" and folks it's pretty obvious to me that the people in power right now have absolutely no desire to understand how anything works.
