Only consolation is that every official plan & strategy is ignored once complete & sits dusty on the shelf.Then a new round of engagement begins....thus the cycle begins with people's expectations raised..

Agree Langford north would take longer. But not keen on light rail Vic to Langford. Should be same rolling stock.
Recall Fed gov't pledged $500 to Stellantis auto maker in Ont.
A better long-term value would have seen that $ go into Van isle rail (est between $300 - $700 mil for entire line).
