Feel better soon!

My kids asked me for one a few times when they were younger, and instead we talked about whether they really wanted something watching them at all times. (I wasn't into the amount of insane work it puts on parents either repositioning it every night doing "fun" things.)

I was lucky enough to see a takahe on Kapiti Island and I feel like it's a living giant muppet bird. (This photo from the Auckland Zoo.)

My phone was at the shop for a few weeks while they tried a number of different things to attempt to fix it. It couldn't be salvaged at the end and I got a new one, but those few weeks were initially disconcerting then ultimately really liberating.

Done! I have a spirited 12 year old who has read most of the middle grade graphic novel canon, so this is well targeted!

I felt exactly the same way when I heard it was headed for Atlanta.

That is just... so fucked up and depressing. Especially after she worked so hard writing while raising all her kids.

They are clearly the superior cookie, though the dark chocolate is ideal.

The real benefit of the table is that the flaps can be folded down and the casters lowered to roll out of the way and into a corner when it's not in use. It gives you a large amount of space to work on a project very rapidly.
