I agree about the need for a cultural change. But the level of gun violence doesn't even seem to register on people for more than a few minutes. This is compounded by the fact that ICE agents are strutting around with guns & assaulting people. There is so much chaos that little gets through.

I think it's time for the Administration to do something besides focusing on ICE raids, sowing economic confusion, and enriching the president.

Gun violence has reached epidemic proportions and it gets lost in the chaos that the Administration has created.

Sadly, I don't think these people know better. Miller never went to law school. Bondi probably just doesn't know the law. They don't care about getting it right. They care about the soundbite.

There are so many reasons why it would be a terrible idea for the Florida Supreme Court to agree an ethics investigation against Bondi cannot proceed. And unfortunately, it is likely that's exactly what the court will decide.

FWIW... I maintain my bar licenses because being a licensed lawyer is part of my identity. I also do it so I can perform pro bono work and so I don't have to worry whether the advice I am giving constitutes the practice of law. (CT has a very broad definition.)
