How does this work? Let’s find out!
If there is no reform vs centre to left marginal, or Tory vs centre to left marginal then there is of course no case for tactical voting.

That means tactically voting for greens in a marginal where it’s say green against Tory, or Lab and green voters voting lin dem where it’s say a small lead for Reform and Lib Dem’s coming second - but could win with tactical voting. Or yes, in a Reform vs Labour local, voting tactically for Labou

Hello! How are you? What has your been up to today?

But if you prefer my thoughts on tactical voting… 😊 I’m always talking about tactical voting in marginal seats to keep out reform or Tory wins -

Trump is a someone who “negs” - so insults you in a manipulative way that is supposed to makes you feel obliged to him.

Ok one of the points I missed initially was Trump denying that NATO had ever been there for the USA. So rewriting the fact of Iraq, & NATO & European allies going to USA’s help, troops on the ground & citizens from around the world dying for USA military support.

But I have read reform policies in their last manifesto, & kept up to date with Tory proposed policies, & if people think Labour’s £5bn welfare cuts sound bad, Reform are saying aprox £25bn at last count,, & Tories propose aprox £23bn. Both have more billions of public sector spending cuts. 🥺

Oh - yes! the “working families” thing totally does my head in too! What if you are disabled or sick & just living is work, or you are in a family of one? Or your family is friends around the world? Grrr! It makes me feel like shouting at the TV when they trot that line out 🥹

Well that hasn’t changed my opinion on Trump - mob boss, transactional, empire building, god king, might is right solipsistic man who is so happy with the sound of his own voice, who lives in his own reality & tries to sell it to us with threats & coercion. & Starmer was right not to sabre rattle.

Yes 👍 this is very true. Business rates on pubs come to mind (tho Labour are improving the Tory policy they were left w, there is far more to do). I’m pretty low in the pile of both social & economic indicators, & I am genuinly scared of how much worse it wld get for me under both reform & tories 🥹

I imagine if we all met up and discussed there would be more that connects us than divides us in our thinking & our outlook for society. But I feel we are going to have to agree to disagree as I can not agree lab are worse than Tories or Reform, even with all fails I hope we can change FPTP to PR.

Thank you for responding 🙏😊 I agree that we are still living within a Thatcherite paradigm. Though I can not agree on the basis of actual policies that are being rolled out that this lab govt is the same or worse than austerity, asset selling, cutting NHS funding, isolationist 14 yr tories.
