Doing the 3rd option gives you a little bonus ending, where you strike a deal with Officer Jenny that as long as you stay on Alola and don't try and conquer the world, the rest of the world will turn a blind eye to your Island paradise of Pokemon and women, which is fine by you.

However, if you have trained your party well and use your strategies to their fullest, you can defeat him, which will give you three options:

1. Turn him into some form of furniture

2. TF him into a female and then add her to your harem

or

3. Return him to the police.

2. Battle Giovanni, first in a Standard Pokemon Duel, then in a Grunt Battle, where your Grunts will need to please his Grunt, essentially turning the Sex Mini-Game into a real battle. Defeat would cause him to mind control you and make you either a footstool(M) or another member of his harem(F)

5. Catch over 20 Pokemon
6. Assist the Research into Rocketifying Pokemon
7. Destroy the Remnants of Team Skull
8. Upgrade the Rocket Base to Max

Taking place in Alola 10 years after the events of USUM, the player is free to tackle these tasks in any order they wish

1. Take over an Entire Town for Team Rocket
2. Track down 'The Brats' who destroyed Team Rocket time and time again years ago and make them Rocket Grunts
3. Secure a 'Mutually' Beneficial Contract with the Aether Foundation
4. Level up your starter to Lv. 50
