Minnesota National Guard members have arrived at a federal building and were directed to distribute donuts, coffee, and hot chocolate to anti-ICE protesters. Guard members were issued reflective vests so they would not be mistaken for federal agents.

To all my constitutionalists - the first 9 ammendments were proposed by 1789. The constitution was signed in 1787. That means that we knew it was flawed from the very beginning.

Came home from a meeting today and saw the first bloom of my starry hibiscus. How greatful I am to have an opportunity to be grounded.

Paul Dama left Nigeria after being kidnapped in 2018. His detention by ICE now feels like “a second kidnapping,” says his sister.

“I felt like someone just sucked my blood, my air. Like, how do you live?"
He fled Boko Haram and helped build an award-winning restaurant. Now he’s facing deportation.

Teddy Bridgewater did what every person that has worked with kids does. Uses their resources to pour into kids that need them. It’s insane! I’m sure it’s not a mistake that his suspension comes on the hill of winning a state championship.

We PAY these people. That’s it. That’s why we should care.
MERKLEY: How do you feel about being responsible for hundreds of thousands of kids dying because of your sudden interruption in these key programs?

VOUGHT: I reject the assertion

MERKLEY: I find your response both ignorant & callous. Few Americans have had a more devastating & disastrous impact

The strangest thing I am encountering is seeing people defend their OWN disenfranchisement in real time. Essentially saying, well yes I should have less rights. Insanity.

Have you ever played a game with someone that doesn’t care if they win as much as they care about you losing? That’s conservative dems with progressives. They would rather align with republicans than let progressives or progressive ideas get any legs.

At this point, in terms of choices, supporting the primarying of dems that don’t hold the line is likely too late. That still gives people two years to run amuck. In truth, they need to have some real conservations now about who has the stomach for this, resign and run special elections if possible

Do the democrats that sided with the opposition to censors Rep. Al Green deserve to remain in office? What they seemed to say was a lot of excuses. There has never been any decorum associated with 34 crimes & to be expected to meet that disrespect with nothing shows the weakness of the party.

A disease is considered eradicated at 95% population vaccination. My state is at 91% for measles, I can only imagine that this will be lower by next year with the political decisions being made. CHILDREN are going to DIE!
March 3, 2025 at 6:40 AM
The reason why we have a measles outbreak [after the disease was eradicated] is the same reason why our politics are where they are. I’m exhausted.
