If the people are meant to own the means of production, then they must also have a genuine say in how those means are organized and directed. Any structure that claims to rule on behalf of the people, while remaining unaccountable to them, undermines its own legitimacy.

My concern isn’t with radical change itself, but with any framework that assumes emancipation can be delivered from above rather than built from below.

Yet building a truly socially emancipated society is slow, fragile work. It requires trust, participation, patience, and care, things that can’t be forced into existence overnight.

The primary separation point is definitely between the libertarians and the authoritarians, as you know, but they are pretty incompatible. But then it comes down to the intricacies of each ideology and what their understanding say, and a lot of them are counterintuitive to each other.

Still, I know you can’t force people into cultural transformation. I’ve done the reading, I’ve studied the theory, but in the end, my voice would probably just be brushed aside.

I don’t have patience for half measures, I believe in true emancipation, because capitalism, as I see it, is fundamentally unjust and coercive.

The things we agree on seem so minute compared to a lot of our differences, and I guess I just don't feel like the philosophies actually fit together that smoothly , besides being generated from the same genesis point or adjacent to it.
