Today my dietician let me try 1/4 of white rice if I promised to chew it until it wasn't a solid any more. If that stays down, I can try again tomorrow, rinse and repeat for a week. Odd to say I'm so freaking excited about 1/4 cup of rice, but DAMMIT I'M SO EXCITED ABOUT 1/4 CUP OF WHITE RICE!

Since getting my EBike I have used a car about 90% less. Of course, there are days where The Organ tells me to go to hell, but the bike has been amazing. I love living in the city, and dammit, bikes can make it even better!
