I'm a Physics Education Research (PER) postdoc at the University of Connecticut. My main gig is investigating how neurodivergent students learn and perform physics (and other STEM) tasks.

I just learned that The Organization for Physics at Two-Year Colleges had its funding terminated by NSF today.
This is absolutely gut-wrenching.

I once again feel the need to reiterate: the NSF literally does not have to do this at all. At no point do they have to comply with EOs. They're just doing this to be cruel

Having ADHD is fun because my only treatment is locked behind an appointment I have to make every 30 days.
