Figuring out how to thrive in this world is a long process sometimes, and you can lose it when your life changes. As a teen I had it, even if it wasn't all perfect. Then I lost it. So I'm researching how to thrive again.

One year you're functional and able to live a normal adult life, and the next you're an anxiety-ridden hikkikomori. What changed? Chronic illness, maybe some nutriment deficiency, chemical imbalance due to alienation and unfavorable mental terrain. You change. You're not fixed in time or invincible.
