None of this will matter because even if the courts decide this was criminal, who will enforce their ruling? It would be like asking a racist police captain to arrest HIS OWN racist officers. When the people in charge are the actual criminals, we are screwed. Elections? There won't be any more.
Circling back to this. This is the Joe Kent who was on the Signal group chat. He’s a Gabbard confidant and Trump’s nominee to lead the NCTC. He thinks the FBI did January 6th.

I saw the work by Olga Lautman and he findings were disturbing: Steven Witkoff was in Russia when he was added to the signal chat. Russia has infiltrated Signal and used against Ukrainians. Very possible they have the classified signal info:
