Excited to start my residency at the KLI today. For the next few months, I'll be writing-up a project on reinforcement learning and the operational foundations of agency, with a special focus on its ecological validity and underlying philosophy of control.

Open postdoc position👈
We have an open position, starting early 2026, to work on an exciting project aiming at better understanding the role of thalamo-cortical brain oscillations in perception with a comparative, cross-species (animal-human) component based on electrophysiology (incl. scalp EEG).

In my life I've seen treatments for AIDs developed, vaccines for Ebola and malaria, and now this. Medical science is one is the areas that still consistently seems to make these miraculous advances and I'm genuinely grateful to everyone involved.

This is the efficacy curve of Pfizer's mRNA COVID vaccine.

This, people, is what ended the emergency phase of the COVID pandemic. Despite what RFK Jr says.

"RFK JR: I’m looking at kids as I walk through the airports today...and I see these kids that are just overburdened with mitochondrial challenges, inflammation—you can tell from their faces, movements, and lack of social connection"
