If it is in the void, I make sure to put it on the calendar and any pre-work that needs doing on i that talk, at most happens the day before. At most.

#AuDHD sucks the big one. I work amazingly well with structure. But I also hate making extended plans.

Let me figure out my day to day schedule a day at a time. If that is a future me thing, then the details don’t matter in the least. It exists in the void.
