2. Reopen Xcode
3. Press Command + N (or go to File → New → File…)

Here’s the variable in question. It was shipped without declaring it to iOS/iPadOS 26 and crashed on devices running earlier software. They have added annotation in the most recent beta builds, however.

Because of these inconsistent behaviors, we opted to turn it off. However, while UIKit exposes the property, we haven’t found a way to configure it in SwiftUI other than using introspection to access the UIKit under the hood.
