Yeah I have had fibro for over a decade & developed long COVID a couple of years ago but I swear my energy is getting lower & my pain is getting higher.
Fibro is not a condition that is supposed to get worse with time but that is not what I'm finding.

My doorbell cam died (& I currently don't have batteries) so sitting in absolute silence while I wait for delivery in hope that I hear the chap on the door.
