Been a bit of a funny day for me so we're just yapping and going with the flow!

BUT I will never punish myself for having off days. We're all human and this can be especially hard for us with chronic illness

It's nearly May and usually I'm coping much better by this time of year than winter.

Like where can I find more energy pls???? I hate only being able to do a handful of things a week.

But go me, I haven't cancelled today's plans. I know they're likely to have me feeling better once I'm in them.
