Led by @neuroash.bsky.social + @siyaoneuro.bsky.social, the team used this pipeline to identify shared subregion- & sex-specific differences in PVN OXT expression between 2 mouse models of ASD. This whole-brain approach uncovered differences that were not evident from section-based methods. (2/4)
