The good news: I'm learning how to recognize them before they start, which means that I can HOPEFULLY stop myself from making them worse and I can do what I need to to help make them more manageable.

People don't realize that I don't just give other people uncanny valley issues. I scare me too.
Like wdym I felt dread when I looked at my hand and my fingers moved. Wdym seeing my fingers bend in a very normal way made me nauseous because it just felt and looked wrong.
