Laser hair removal has been such a gratifying experience :) I found a laser hair specialized med spa and am 2 monthly sessions in. 3 weeks after there’s basically no leg hair growth 🤯 From someone who used to have visible stubble 3 days after shaving, this has been revolutionary for my confidence 🙂↕️

The concept of a high-functioning neurodivergent is such bullshit. You spend all your energy on 1 of 2 things: 1) exhausting yourself daily to meet external expectation. 2) hiding how poorly you are taking care of yourself in private. I’ve gotten a lot better but I lost a lot of my 20s to this cycle

I seriously can’t believe that I slept on diaper covers for so long. I changed my diaper halfway through the workday and noticed the inside of my cover had a massive wet spot up the the whole back left side. It had prevented what would have been a day-ruining leak that I hadn’t even noticed 😱

I don’t think we talk about NorthShore pull-ups enough! I wore this thing to one of my best friend’s wedding, and it held me for a 5 hour open bar reception + 2 hour after party 😤 low profile underwear-like waist line, no excessive bulk, but absorbency on par with standard tab-style medical diapers!

I don’t know why I deleted the original post, I guess I was worried my diaper didn’t look full enough 😣 but fuck that, I’m doing this to document my feelings. And I deserve to enjoy the embarrassing realization that I don’t remember when I wet my diaper enough to get this cold and soggy 🥹🫣

I have come to reject the idea that the toilet is 100% off limits during 24/7 diapering. If I need to change and want to shower before re-diapering, what do I do if I need to work for 30-60 more minutes before showering? My solution is to just sit on the toilet with my laptop and stay relaxed.

I ordered these absorbent underwear inserts as a practical measure for days that I can’t be diapered. I didn’t expect them to make me so blushy 😳 like tell me it’s not peak little/middle space to proudly announce that you are wearing big boy underwear but then see this when you pull them down 🫠

I wasn’t kidding about the plastic pants btw 🫣 but I gotta say, the odor control these offer instantly brought me so much peace of mind. Bothering coworkers or friends with inadvertent pee smell was one of my last big worries day to day, so I’m really glad I tried the NorthShore Trifectas out ☺️

So I am starting to notice that the more normal I feel about wearing diapers 24/7, the less I think about them during the day. That means when I get tunnel visioned all day at work, things get seriously soggy without me realizing 🫢 I felt obligated to order my first plastic pants after this one 😳

Was showing my mom a picture of a neighborhood cat that was chilling by my shed and she accidentally closed the image 😱 she re-opened it immediately but I definitely made a less-than-casual grab for my phone… I mean just look at this fucking egregious camera roll around the picture I was showing 😭

My biggest ABDL hot take is that Abena is still one of the best diaper options on the market. Their low price point combined with their fit, decent absorption, and leak protection are the ONLY reason I am able to afford being diapered 24/7 so consistently (P.S. Hit me up for Abena taping tips 😁)
