Here's a Welsh word I learned recently. Prifddinas - capital city. Dinas means city. Prif- is a prefix that means prime or main. It also causes a soft mutation.
The way it's derived is akin to ysgol (school) -> prifysgol (university).

Manuls are so cute. I used to think they were kind of ugly and scary. But they're just so fluffy and they act oddly similar to house cats, especially with how they rub against stuff.
