I've had a massive win today.
My autistic & non verbal 4yo at school was exploring the 'Elf Workshop' area & put a toy in a gift bag. I put a Santa hat on him and said "Santa says 'ho ho ho' can **** say 'ho ho ho'?"
And he did! He said ho ho ho! I nearly cried happy tears! 🥹

Was supposed to be taking the girls ice skating in Manchester tonight, but the weather is appalling & there is no way it is safe for them to skate outside. Apparently this isn't a good enough reason to request a refund, so I'm £30 down, but I'm not chancing my girls getting hurt.
