i’ve been seeing my therapist 2x a week for the past 2.5 years and some issues between us led to me ending treatment yesterday and it’s affecting me wayyy harder than i thought it would. it feels like a breakup. if anyone in pdx loves their therapist, please let me know.

just had an extremely cool encounter with a RAVEN on broadway right by spielman’s. i’ve never seen one in the city before. it let me get so close to it before it flew away. i think it’s good luck.
